Anti-spam & acceptable email policy

This policy applies to all sending through AlphaSynth Mail. It sits alongside our Terms of service and Privacy notice.

1. Permission and lists

You must only send marketing or commercial email to recipients where you have appropriate consent or another lawful basis under applicable law. Purchased, scraped, rented, or harvested lists without valid permission are prohibited.

2. Message content and identification

Messages must truthfully identify the sender, include required routing and physical or electronic address information where the law requires it, and use subject lines that reflect the content. Deceptive, illegal, or harmful content is prohibited.

3. Unsubscribe and complaints

Marketing messages must include a working unsubscribe mechanism. You must process unsubscribes and suppressions promptly. High complaint rates, spam trap hits, or abuse patterns may lead to throttling or suspension to protect recipients and deliverability.

4. Third parties and affiliates

You are responsible for mail sent on your behalf, including by agencies or affiliates using your account. Delegated access must follow the same rules.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected abuse, cooperate with providers and regulators as required by law, and suspend or terminate accounts that put recipients or infrastructure at risk.
